Soul Serenity provides holistic wellness services including Reiki (in-person and distance), energy
healing sessions, and wellness products such as herbal teas, bath soaks, salves, and sprays. All
services are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations may result in a fee up to 100% of the
service cost.

Payment is due at time of service or purchase. Prices are subject to change.

Refund Policy
No refunds for completed services. Product sales are final unless damaged or defective within 7
days.
